October 2018 Market Snapshot - King + Snohomish Counties
You've probably seen the headlines that home prices are falling in our area. That's not exactly accurate. Home prices remain on the rise in most places in both King and Snohomish counties, but inventory is up and homes are lingering on the market for longer periods of time--and that means many listings are resulting in price reductions.
In October, there were double-digit price increases (as compared to October 2017) in Everett/Mukilteo, NE Snohomish County and Kirkland/Bridle Trails.
