Marysville

Marysville is the second largest city in Snohomish County and is located just north of Everett about 35 miles from Seattle. As of 2015 Marysville was also the fastest growing City in Washington Sate and has become a bedroom community to Everett and Seattle. It's home to the Tulalip Tribe and their large Casino and Hotel just west of, and next to I-5. The casino hosts many big name music artists and comedians at both their indoor and outdoor concert venues. Great place to see a show in the summer!

Marysville is still affordable with a median home sales price of $405,000, but is getting increasingly more competitive for buyers. It is not uncommon to get into bidding wars here where prices escalate over asking price, so make sure you are pre-approved and ready to submit the strongest offer you can!
